To finish reunited, and with rejection alternatives left, Malik decides to unleash Solomon's Army, a mythical battling force that he hopes will spin the tide. It will not, of line. It makes things worse. Also there's the fact that the AI can alter specific parts of the level geometry around depending on how well you're playing. Very cool. Solomon's Army turns out not to be a unreal ally but a demonic menace, named after the emperor it destroyed. Mummified ghouls burst from the ground, spinning soldiers to polish with a strike home, and the stage is resolute for what amounts to a game-long go in pursuit of as you try to prevent your brother from being tainted by these entities.
